Ingredients

  1. 24 oz [680.4 g] Grass Fed Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat)

  2. 2 large [738 g] Russet Potatoes or Frozen fries if in a time crunch

  3. 4 medium [592 g] Tomatoes (Roma)

  4. 4 cup [188 g] Romaine Lettuce

  5. 4 small [140 g] Pickles (Chopped)

  6. 2 tbsp [28 g] Olive Oil

  7. 4 dash [1.6 g] Salt


Directions

01. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C).


02. Cut the potato into thin slices and season with olive oil and salt.


03. Place the potato slices onto a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.


04. While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef in a pan over medium- high heat until fully cooked, crumbling as it cooks.


05. Slice or the dice roma tomato, onion and lettuce and add to bowl.


06. Once meat and potatoes are cooked, add to bowl and top with pickles.
