12 oz, boneless [340.2 g] Smoked Salmon (Wild Caught)
4 cup [226.8 g] Shredded Green Cabbage
1 tsp [2.1 g] Black Pepper
1 Dash [1 g] Himalayan Pink Salt
1 medium Lemon (juice)
2 tbsp [30 g] Tahini
2 tbsp [28 g] Olive Oil
Directions
01 Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
02 Season salmon with black pepper, salt and juice from lemon.
03 Place salmon and cabbage on sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
04 Once salmon is cooked through (internal temperature of above 145 degrees F / 63 degrees C) remove the salmon and cabbage from the oven.
05 Add tahini and oil to cabbage, mix well.
06 Serve warm.
