
This smoothie is rich in antioxidants, fiber, vitamins C and E, polyphenols, healthy fat and folate. Great to implement to combat dull, dry skin, and blemishes.
Ingredients:
1 Cup of Pomegranate Juice
2 handfuls of Blueberries
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of coconut oil
Half of an avocado
How to Prepare
Combine ingredients in a blender (adding pomegranate juice first) and blend until smooth.
