Reset Juice

This is a great way to press reset, kick up the digestive juices, and boost your anti-inflammatory system!
What You’ll Need
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 cucumber
1 lemon
1 inch ginger, peeled
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
1. Juice all ingredients, apart from cayenne pepper, in a juicer or high-speed blender.
2. Add the cayenne pepper and mix well. Serve with ice.
