Hormone Balancing Batch Veggie Roast


Veggies like these are key to detoxification and hormone balance like blood sugar because they're considered "complex carbs". They also supply an amazing amount of fiber (which we all need about 25g of daily) and are very nutrient-dense. I love batch cooking veggies because it frees up time during meal prep. Massaged with olive oil, seasoned with Janes (salt, pepper, garlic salt) and roasted at 375 for about 20 minutes! A great side or main to combine with a protein if you'd like.
