It's so nice to meet you! I’m a Mama, a Doctor of Chiropractic, and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, and Blood Chemistry Analysis Specialist. Possibly like you, I didn't know I had a "hormone imbalance" until I was running on "E" and wanted to conceive. I thought my bloating, energy dips + mood swings, and PMS were all "normal".

We will begin our journey with a reset to lower inflammation and set a solid foundation for the habits you will be building. We will do this with whole food, stress relief strategies, and supporting your body's detoxification process for optimization.

It Starts with an Application
After completing your application, we will have a 15-minute call that serves as a time for us to connect, and learn more about your concerns, and health history. You will also have the chance to ask any questions you may have and understand my approach more. You will enter onboarding for the program you choose if we are a good fit.
Next, we will order lab work and/or complete your health history.

Ordering Bloodwork and Health History
After your consultation is complete, we will get to work! We will order your lab work together over the phone and you will receive your requisition to take to Labcorp. (Labs are not currently available if you are in NY,NJ, or RI). Afterward, you will receive a series of intake forms to get a thorough history and understanding of your symptoms and access to our private community (with recipes, supplements, coaching, and Q&As)

Review and Coaching Begins
Lab results take about 2 weeks for final results, but we get started before receiving your results back. Yes, we've got lots of work to do! We will start your Cycle Nutrition reset right away. You will receive a notification that your in-depth recorded review is ready between Mon-Thurs along with your personal suggestions. We will schedule our first coaching call to make sure you feel confident in the changes you're making. You also have the option of booking a follow-up call at any time.

It's important to know that I don't diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease, but I support the expertise and knowledge you have of your own body. Healing is an inside job and I'm here to provide insight, education, support, and guidance that aligns with your goals.
