Digital Products

Due to the digital nature and immediate delivery of our products (including eBooks, guides, courses, memberships, downloads, and digital resources), all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Lab Services & Coaching

All services are non-refundable once rendered. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Lab orders or requisitions once placed

• Review of health history

• Bloodwork analysis (whether or not the results have been delivered)

• Consultations and coaching services

Because time, preparation, and professional analysis begin immediately upon purchase or booking, refunds cannot be issued once services have started.
