1. 📧 You’ll receive a confirmation email with your package details and a separate email with your Lab Requisition to get your blood drawn within 24 hours!

2. 📂 Please keep an eye out for your intake forms to complete from our HIPAA secure portal Practice Better. Be sure to download the app and create your account, as this is how I will communicate with you for health related questions/support.

3. 🧘‍♀️ I’ll review your information and prepare your personalized analysis. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your report. You will receive a notification when your Clarity Report & Dashboard are ready

4. 🎙️ Soon you will receive a special email with your invitation and access to the Her+Well Tribe! Can't wait to see you inside!
